Le gîte a une entrée et un parking privé, une terrasse privée couverte et une terrrasse privée de plein air. Le jardin privatif offre une très belle perspective de la campagne environnante.

Un SPA est à votre disposition après accord des propriétaires et conformément à son réglement intérieur .

En été une piscine hors-sol de 4,57m de circonférence et de 1,22m de profondeur, est mise gracieusement à votre disposition par les propriétaires.

Newly renovated country gîte for 4 people.

Situated in the Perigord-Limousin Regional Nature Park.

The accommodation comprises a large salon/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher,Broadband connection, French colour tv and English satellite, dvd and video recorder.

On the ground floor is a shower room with toilet and a washer/dryer.

The private double bedroom has an ensuite toilet, washbasin.

There are two single beds on the mezzanine.

The gîte has a private entrance with parking, a covered terrace and an open terrace. The gardens have an open aspect over the surrounding countryside.

Use of the Spa room is by arrangement with the owners.

In summer a swimming pool, 4.57 m round and 1.22m high, shared with the owners.
